Hadley's Story

From coast to coast

After earning a degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, Hadley spent the next five years living the lifestyle most only dream of, working her way up from deckhand to bosun aboard yachts across the Bahamas, East and West Coasts of the U.S., Alaska, and South America. With a captain’s license in hand and a deep respect for crew life, she made the move ashore to guide clients in planning their own extraordinary charters.Now based in her hometown of Narragansett, Rhode Island, Hadley is an enthusiastic and driven part of CharterWorld’s global brokerage team, crafting charters that feel effortless for clients and tailored to their unique needs. Hadley’s approach is deeply personal, and her effortless charm quickly builds confidence.
